I absolutely adore the trend of nail art, especially on my toes. I have spent the summer months experimenting with different designer pedicures. My local nail salon only charges $5 to put a design on my big toenails which really is very reasonable given the time and precision it takes to do this well.

I have sported lilac colored nails with a little flower in purple, white and silver, coral colored nails with an Asian inspired design in black and white and currently I have pale pink nails with a modern, three-petal flower design in hot pink with some black and white accents. I plan to continue the trend until it gets too cold to wear open-toed shoes.

Even on days when I'm not feeling my most beautiful, my toes help me to feel pretty. If you haven't yet discovered nail art then I encourage you to put your best foot forward and give it a try.
