That's right ladies! Your hairstyle can make you look younger or older and so I thought I'd share a few tips with you on what to avoid as you leave your twenties and thirties behind you.
Here are some hair don'ts for the maturing woman:
- Don't wear your bangs too short or too hard-edged - instead try a face-framing fringe with soft edges.
- Don't wear long, straight hair parted down the middle - instead try some soft layers and move your part to one side.
- No high ponytails - instead try a loose chignon at the base of your neck.
- No braids of any kind.
- No ribbons or kiddie barrettes.
- No scrunchies or jaw clips (yes, I know this one is hard when you just trying to get your hair off your face) - try a simple elastic band in black or brown instead.
Some other things to watch out for are thinning or greying hair. If you have a problem with thinning hair consider trying Verseo's Sup' Hair product which will help increase your hair growth. And if greying hair is your problem then check out Verseo's GreyBan which restores your hair's natural color. These products are both easy and natural ways to combat the hair aging process.
But above all remember that you're only as old as you feel!
